I cheated cause the stuff came out of a box, but hey, they turned out pretty tasty!

Made garlic noodles tonight (with spaghetti rather than angel hair pasta though).

OMG It's so delicious I had to force myself to stop eating before I end up eating the entire batch... which would be half a package of spaghetti.

Tonight I made lasagna:


I used ground chicken, but I kinda wish I had used ground pork. It still turned out really good. I'm very proud of myself.

I bought ground lamb tonight. I've never cooked with lamb before, but I've been making this ground beef + vegetables combo to pack for lunch (because it's filling and doesn't take up space when you pack it with rice), and I decided to try lamb. It was a great purchase because lamb is wonderful! It's $7.99/lb, which is more expensive than ground pork or ground beef, but a pound goes a long way and it's still cheaper than buying lunch.
