I think in the last round it is important to reflect on the true meaning of H!PS. The meaning is to not vote H!P idols off of an imaginary island but to sow the seeds of discord and hatred so that a percentage of the players "vote themselves" off the board.

Responsible for final clearing (or guaranteeing permission to use) a location and must often assist production and finance departments in maintaining budget management regarding actual location/permit fees etc..

Works with makeup, hair and special effects to create the idol look for anyone appearing on screens.
Dart Board Maker - Shoujo Q
Creates the dart board and maintains it throughout the game.
Script supervisor - resop2
Keeps track of which idol combis have been eliminated, and makes notes of any funny deviations in the game. Makes notes on every round, and keeps track of props, blocking, and other details to ensure continuity between game rounds.
Swing gang (aka set dressers) - Rinakss, Jessi
Gaffer - 321BreakinOut
Head of the enlightening department enlightens even the darkest corners of the game.
Best boy - CaptainBerryzGiraffe
Chief assistant to the gaffer, responsible for organizing the grip truck throughout the day.
Dolly grip 1 - Denki
Dolly grip 2 - erin
Dolly grips are in charge of operating the camera dollies and camera cranes. They place, level, and move the dolly track, then push and pull the dolly.
Stunt coordinator – Mirai
Experienced stunt performer that arranges the casting (stunt players and stunt doubles).
Special effects supervisor - jeiwa42
The special effects supervisor instructs the Special effects crew on how to design moving set elements and props that will safely break, explode, burn, collapse and implode safely.
Special effects assistant - qumqak92
Builds set pieces like breakaway furniture and cities in miniature, lighting pyrotechnics, and sets up rigging equipment for stunts.
Craft Service Manager – bisuketto
Heads department which provides food service and beverages to the other departments or crafts.
Food Truck Vendor – yukisuki
Security - Nayoko-Kihara
Wookie crew - Pyo-kiyo, Taiip
Animal Control Supervisor - Wally-kun

Boom operator - Amped
Relays information from the "floor" to the producer; lowers the H!PS BOOM at end.

@Jeiwa: Depends if your vote has to be before or at 1:40 JST. It's either a tie or another win for Murotan.

I think I counted 11-12 when 321BO posted his vote. I'm perfectly fine on whatever the result is, but I'll laugh if Murotan gets another tie.

Well, I'm fine with both. Last year's tie was a little odd, so it really didn't feel like she co-won/tied in my book, but if this one is counted as a tie, it's one I would count as a legit one and be happy with, esp. since I love both of them.
