agreed, i think people have a hard time removing the song from the PV when trying to evaluate. it is hard to do, but for myself i just played the PV's on mute (well the ones that i couldn't decide how i felt about, it was taking too much time to do it for all of them).

Because other people hate your favorite idol.

Because (not in every case, but in many cases) people vote against groups that they like less than other groups without any consideration to how good the PV is.

Even removing the song I have a difficult time not thinking WANT! had abysmal costumes, they're Aa, Yo ga Akeru-bad. My opinion on the PV would have been better without them, I think.
