Her graduation concert(s) will be at Nippon Gaishi Hall on September 26th and 27th, and her graduation live will be at SKE48 Theater on October 5th (SKE48's 12th anniversary).

Needless to say, her graduation was postponed. AFAIK there's no date set for it yet.
Her final single with SKE48, Koiochi Flag, will be released on February 3rd. All 68 SKE48 members participated in the song and music video recordings.
