They did not choose Fuji TV, not BS-Sky, not TV Asahi Channel, but Hikari TV. A poor choice for overseas fans, good decision to them because it's harder to stream off-site.

Japanese fans don't seem happy about the choice either. Saw lots of complaints about poor connection / quality during Tomoko's grad, it being expensive, and the inconvenience of the time of day it's airing & related inability to record it to watch later.

additional cinema theaters for live viewing have been added, especially Tokyo. It's like they want people to see it in theaters and less on Hikari TV (prevent illegal streaming)

They are looking to replicate a "Maa-chan" call for the concert.
As a precautionary measure against the spread of corona, vocal cheering is currently prohibited at Hello! Project concerts (All they can do is clap in rhythm)
This will also be the case at the "Morning Musume. '21 Concert Teenage Solution Sato Masaki's Graduation Special" held at Budokan on December 13th. But we're looking for fan club members to provide their voice recordings for the "Maa-chan" encore call, which will be played in the venue during the encore of the concert.
