Seems like she's appearing in something (don't quite know what type of show it is) called LIFE! on NHK

Looks like she's starring in a new SPEC project:

Seems like a spin-off special centered around her Satori character.

Here's her blog post about it: https://lineblog.me/manoerina/archives/9342254.html

Look like Mano has moved to Spain to be with her husband, who plays for Spanish Club Getafe CF. Her post implies that she will be taking a break from works.

Goddamn it she's pulled a Satoda.

(But, good for her. I genuinely mean that.)

That reminds me, the Bleach live action is on US Netflix, saw it this past weekend. Mano was okay. Her role mainly consisted of casting concerned glances at Ichigo and Rukia's burgeoning relationship. The movie itself was on the disappointing side in that it almost entirely took place in Karakura town (ie virtually no Soul Society), Ichigo's training consisted purely of lackluster exercises with Rukia, Byakuya's actor had none of the menacing elegance implicit in the character, and although, given the introductory setting, it would have been out of place, gotdangit I was really hoping to hear at least one "bankai."

This is awesome:

There's even some other familiar faces in there.
