That has to be a weird sensation. Everyone taking photos and then the photographer or handler being like “okay, Kudo, you can go sit down or whatever.” and you get your first look at MoMusu without her.

They don't take group pics mostly. They generally just take individual pics and then photoshop them together. At least that's how this one looks to me.

They look photoshopped because they've been heavily compressed, resulting in the characteristic pixelation. Also, the backgrounds have been color-corrected, which makes them look unnaturally flat. But I think those are genuine shots of the entire group. It would be extraordinarily difficult to layer that many individual shots together and make the positioning and shadows look realistic.
I thought maybe the backgrounds had been edited out altogether, leaving rough edges, but now I think that's just an illusion caused by the design of Ogata's sleeve.
