Watch Kaede's legs when she's in the front for that "Brand new morning" part of the dance in the chorus, then watch everyone in that line except Ayumi (Since Ayumi does the same thing). When she sticks out her right leg, her left knee goes out - making the dance move look more fluid and way cooler. That is a hard move to pull off (which is why the other girls aren't doing it) it requires more skill and balance then just sticking your right leg out. The fact Kaede can match Ayumi's moves exactly is impressive. Hella impressive.

It took me a couple tries to see what you mean, but yeah. At 1:29.

Kaede is pro. Those four years were not wasted.

I was curious so I went and google translated the Youtube comments because I really want to see if 13th gen is hitting with the Japanese Wota too. (Google translate has gotten better as an aside) Here's a ton of the comments:

1. Eripon. Lots of talk about how good Eripon did and how surprised they were.
2. Yokoyama was also surprising to people about how well she did despite only being in KSS for a few months. Overall, she seems to be making a bigger impact than Kaede, but that could be because Kaede already has a fanbase and Reina started from Zero.
3. SURPRISINGLY there was talk about MIKI being an ace. Maybe I'm off about how popular she is in Japan? I always thought she wasn't that popular.
4. Lots of talk about how people loved Harunan's and Miki's duo line (Sorry CaptainBerryzGiraffe )
5. Kaede's dancing is highly praised (One guy even mentioned the exact part I did!)
6. Sakura talk is everywhere. Man, when did she get popular with the Wota? That snuck right past me.
7. Lots of talk about 13th gens impact and how this seems like a battle song. A lot of people are super impressed with how good 13th gen are right out the gate.

Overall the impact is just as strong there as it is here.

Reina and Kaede are great but ERIPON! ERIPON!!! \O.o/

This is a real 13ki debut single to the point that it makes me feel bad for 12ki

I hear something that sound like traditional string instrument in the BGM, maybe shamisen or koto. Does anyone hear that?

And Reina sounds very similar to Kanon and Akane to the point that it confuses me.
