The fact that they can't simply call her "Reina" (because of Reina Tanaka) or "Yocchan" (because of Hitomi Yoshizawa) is addressed. "Yokoyoko" is still bouncing around but not really sticking, so they give "Yokoyan" a try since they're in Osaka.
