hearing possible funny business with Oricon, AKB selling 1.1 mill

hard to compare akb48 sell with momusu sell because 100+ member compare to 11 is not fair

akb cd sell is around 1.2 - 1.5 mill average member sell around 10,000 per person
morning musume last single had 12 member and sell is 120K it look same in average but morning musume easy to management concert tour and made more profit than AKB theather show.

morning musume concert ticket price is 7500 yen capacity around 1500 - 3000 person
AKB theater show ticket price is 2100 - 3100 yen capacity around 250 person

only top tier akb can made a lot of money but bottom of pyramid is worst than you think.
if you want to compare AKB i think Nogizaka is look reasonable.

Nogizaka46 had 35 member (not include kenkyusei 12 member who join in sep 2016) latest single sell 820K average member sell around 23,000
for my point of view Nogizaka now is most famous idol for teen to young japanese like golden era of morning musume or akb when maeda atsuko is center

Sony Music made good job for this mix AKB system and artist training only one thing is missing from Nogizaka is nationwide song
momusu had love machine , summer happy wedding , 21 ren ai revolution etc.
AKB had heavy rotation , koi suru fortune cookie , 365 kami hikouki etc.
but Nogizaka don't have any song like this but they had a lot of good song because own by Sony Music.

I don't think that's what was being talked about. I think the topic was the new Oricon count, that seemed at first to hurt idols (we've seen a lot of huge drops in september and october). It doesn't seem to hurt 48groups (I'd say 47±1groups) at all, that's what was meant.

If you listen to the instrumental (released on itunes), it's ingenious how they got from it to the actual Mukidashi. I mean, the chorus is completely different. And now I can't NOT hear the difference when i listen to the song. Amazing!
