I hope it breaks 100k sales and gets a RAJ certification ;_; I'm sure it'd mean so much more to the girls than the Oricon ranking.

Super proud. Well deserved. Even if some of it is graduation hype, this is one of C-utes best singles of all time.

That depends on what you want to know.
If you want to know the actual sales, which determine the revenue to the company and therefore the financial viability of H!P, then go with Billboard.
If you want to know the normalized sales (i.e., one person equals one sale), which provide a better gauge of the number of fans and therefore the relative popularity of H!P, then go with Oricon.
It might even be an introvert-versus-extrovert sort of thing.

I have been in an out of this forum so inconsitently. Can someone please explain the whole Oricon vs. Billboard thing ?
