This is absolutely not something I would have expected to return to. I'm sad that she won't be around entertaining anymore, but glad she has something she really wants to do.

Today on Young Town radio, Suzuki Kanon had a discussion with Sanma about the reason she is graduating, her future and lots of advice for her (like changing her Pocchari character). There is a possibility that she could stay with Upfront after graduation, and also not retire completely. She has it under consideration.

Considering how many minors the company employs, the unusually stressful nature of their work, and all of the school/work/life balance issues they must deal with, there's certainly a role for a social worker or counselor who's personally dealt with those same issues. Of course, she might be considering something else (oh god, please not just another pocchari talent, she's better than that), but I would love to see it happen. It'd be great synergy and probably very fulfilling.
