My theory is that now that we have a morning musume based off of the year ('14,'15,'16...'17) they're gonna wait to announce for the new year, so that the new gens coincide with the new year, to make it less confusing. So I'd say probably by early december we'll know. I'm calling it now folks

Today at the Morning Musume. '16 concert in Osaka, it is decided that 13th gen will be selected from H!P Kenshuusei. They will be announced at Budokan on 12/12.
