Tonari no Telekin-chan had another broadcast on the 13th and 14th, the recordings are from around the same time, I think.
This time talking to a local Idol group(?) and offering them some advices. Rough summary/impressions :
-To put more effort into tv interviews, appearances etc even if they're in the back row. Always keep their awareness at the camera and keep pushing forward.
-In regards to keeping her cuteness, she doesn't go to beauticians and the like much but the one thing she'll always pay attention to is to keep her confidence. She told them as long as they're confident it'll be projected into their face and gestures and others will pick up on it naturally.
-When asked about how to deal with an age gap with the other members (this groups goes from 4th grade elementary to 1st year of high school apparently), Sayu's answer is first to try to keep having normal conversations and open communications, regardless of any generation gaps.
-The last member asked about how MM practiced even though they have quite a lot of members and what do they focus on during lessons. Currently with the focus on formation dances, Sayu said the most important thing is to sync their movements and during practices, even though some of them already did they part correctly, they have to keep following it through to the end until every one of them can do it right.
Sayu's final message to the group
"Being an Idol lets you wear all these cute outfits, dancing and singing on the stage, let's you have all sorts of fun. But there might also be times when you feel like no matter how hard you work things just doesn't go well for you. During those times please remember that all that hard work are definitely not wasted and its result will come to you one way or another, and don't forget all those people who've cheered for you and supported you along the way. Please keep a feeling of gratitude to those people and keep believing in them (to continue supporting you) so from now on as well, let's continue to do our best together"
