It's still cheap, but not as MM-cheap, aka "we turn the camera on and then we go to the cafeteria while the girls dance around", but Ima ni Kitto-cheap aka "extended version of the office with gajins -omg like ayu's pv- and funny happenings".
Maasa and Risako put on some weight.

On the other hand, the choreography was extremely messy. It looks like the choreographer ran them through it once, then ran out of the room as they switched on the camera for the dance shot. Bad.
The OL stuff is cool, but the whole thing is lit way too flat. I have less of a problem with that in the dance shot, but it just makes the dorama stuff seem really cheap. It wouldn't have hurt them to put in a bit more effort. And the art dec in the office is too sparse.
Props for them picking up some background performers for the PV, though.

Really I didn't notice any miyabi chest shot...I agree with the pyon and lazy dance though.

just noticed, first M-ON decides to air footage from the current Berryz concert, then they premiere Madayade PV. Nice for a start, I guess.
