No, it's just that C-ute and Buono! always had lottery events in Osaka and Berryz never did one there. And now they have an FC event in Osaka just after the release of the single, so they can use it to give something extra to the Kansai crowd for their support just to say thanks.

so they DO exist. anyway, i've concluded that MM's PV directors have been absolutely horrid compared to the kids ones. compared to the 'everyone else' ones. Even Viyuuden's PVs have been kickass compared with MM's.
