UF seems to have learned from their previous mistakes with everything else, I'd think (hope) they know that they need to get new members/change the lineup once every year in at least one way.

I don't think new members are required EVERY year just for the sake of it. If that happened, that means more frequent graduations, and I don't want to see Sayu or any other members graduate anytime soon.

I think MM works best with 10-12 members at any given time. Any more than that, it starts to become a little blotted.

Not every year... but maybe every two. At least always have auditions every time there is a graduation.

It HAS been happening every year up until now though, except for Platinum era (or rather, except for 2008).
2009 - Koharu grad.
2010 - Eri, Junjun, Linlin grad.
2011 - 9ki, 10ki, Aichan grad.
2012 - Gaki, Aika grad, 11ki.
2013 - Reina grad.
2014 - 12ki.
2015 - ....Sayu grad? >>;;;
2016 - 13ki? lol

Still doable without it being too much. Especially since auditions take forever so even if it would be announced one year, the girl/s won't join until at least 6 months later anyway.
