Morning Musume. was appointed by the JOC as the Olympics official support team called the "Nippon! Call Project Ambassadors". They will be cheering on and singing an official song produced by Tsunku, for the Japanese Olympic Team at the Winter Olympics in Sochi, February 2014.

Today, to celebrate the 100 days left before the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics, a special press conference has been held at Haneda Airport in Tokyo. Many Japanese medias and UP-FRONT LINK were there to cover this press conference.

Seiko Hashimoto, the "Chef de Mission" for Japan's team at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics, and 7 members of the Japanese Women National Ice Hockey Team came on stage to give their impression before the Olympics.

Then, Morning Musume。 came on stage as well and introduced themselves as the Supporters Ambassadors.

Michishige Sayumi, Riho Sayashi and Haruka Kudo talked about their feelings knowing they are the supporters ambassadors. Of course they are really proud and will try their best. A special song will be released later for this occasion, produced by Tsunku♂.

Then the special project "Nippon! Call Project" has been introduced to the medias. An application on iTunes Store and Android is available.

"Nippon! Call Project" is a special project where everyone can show his/her support to the Japanese team for the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics.

The goal of this "Nippon! Call Project" is to collect the voice of all the supporters. So with this application you give your name and can scream "Nippon!!" on the phone and like this it will be collected and transferred to the Japanese Sports Team.

Small correction here. The official JOC t-shirt's flame spells "NIPPON".
This version that Sayu is showing is Morning Musume version. The flame spells "MORNING".
I think this is so COOL :thumbs-up:
