Daishi more often than not looks like a perfectly dressed up doll. But she's narrowly edged out by Kuduu who could be a tween catalog model if she weren't in MM, imo.

Erina and Miyabi were the first people that came to my mind.

I don't really keep up with what the girls wear, but I've seen Ayumi in some pretty cute stuff. Although I'm probably just being biased.
