Honestly i think they should make her the leader of a new group

Well they could adapt the group so she doesn't have to dance, it's definitely doable.

Maybe they can give her some gimmick where she wouldn't have to dance.

Just make her a rapper and give her the character of being a bit laid back and adapt the dances to the different characters in the group. It'd be awesome.

It could be like Mini Moni and she could be the "Mika", except doesn't dance

Have her pick up an instrument. Mano kinda dropped the piano thing so she could dance, they could do the opposite for Aika

I'll not miss her, she was never my fav, but of course I wish her good luck in any path she choose
she could become actress or a seyu, or could be MC at H!P concerts, I tired of Makoto

An Aika solo career would be awesome.

Maybe she could form a unit with Kikka for shits and grins.
