It's a bit disappointing, in my opinion. The vast majority of it is the concert, practically uncut, followed by the panel. Some people might like that, but I don't.
Riding the train to and then sightseeing in New York — the part I was most interested in — is just the last twenty minutes.
It was cute, however, to watch Captain use a knife and fork on a giant (compared to her) slab of ribs.
