now i know how she felt when she saw the new members at the H!P concert. she was tearing up inside about her conflicted decision.

Darn, Saki. I'm really going to miss her presence. Her voice was a breath of fresh air in a group like s/mileage. I wish her the best of luck in taking on a normal life.

Good for her. No reason for her to continue in a career if it's not bringing her happiness, especially at her age. But Tsunku, stay classy dude, I know you invested a lot of time and money in her development, but if she's quitting so be it, no need to put in that little snipe about it being "inexcusable if she weren't a snot-nosed kid." [paraphrasing]

Anyway, the timing is kind of good and bad at the same time. Good because S/m is gonna roar back with new members. Bad because she was finally getting rid of the "fugliest member" curse, and now she won't be able to enjoy it.
