I'd go for a "Meanie Crime Poet" tattoo -- but I'd want mine written in either Sumerian cuneiform or the Phaistos disc script (which is undeciphered, but all of the characters look like they should spell out something like "Meanie Crime Poet" anyway, so it's OK).
Although "Mad Diarrhea" has a certain ring to it as well...
