It's pretty addictive. There's a post on their Facebook page with people posting their friend IDs, so you can add a bunch of people as friends.

"Who the hell are you guys?"

It's a little weird because it contains minor spoilers for both Thor: Ragnarok and Black Panther. The former was released just a month ago, and the latter won't be released until next February. But I suppose that's the risk with a cinematic universe that releases 3–4 movies every year.

Dark (new Netflix series) is easily one of the best TV shows I've ever seen. I have a few episodes left to watch, but I know I'm going to rewatch it once I'm done.

It's pretty confusing at first because there are SO MANY CHARACTERS... which is why I want to rewatch it. But once everything becomes less confusing I'd just be so engaged in every single scene. It's amazing.

And it involves time travel!!

The second season of "The Exorcist" has been such a pleasant surprise. I liked S1 fine but this season is much more enjoyable, and has done a far better job at keeping my attention throughout. I don't know how it's been doing in the ratings, but I hope it's done alright enough to manage a third season.

From 1993…

…to 2018…

…with a detour through the television series Dark Angel (2000–2002), which was James Cameron's previous attempt at this, before he had the rights or the technology to do it for real.

I just watched all 10 episodes (so far) of The Gifted. I really liked it, except the mom character was super annoying in almost every scene she was in. It's just the whole protective parent thing, but still...

I'm digging the new season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. They stopped shooting so much on studio lots and/or locations around Los Angeles and moved everything to interior sets…

Spoiler: show
…because this season is set in the future on a Kree-controlled station in the debris field of a shattered Earth…

…so the show actually seems less cheap and more believable. Of course, given the setting, it reuses many elements from…

Spoiler: show
… the drama podcast Our Fair City and Neal Stephenson's novel Seveneves, both of which I've enjoyed, albeit to different degrees.

It's fun to compare and contrast the worldbuilding.

I also dug the latest season of iZombie, which I just finished binging on Netflix. The new Big Bad is genuinely intimidating (and cut like marble, jeez), and I like how the story is steadily advancing. They say the best stories are surprising yet inevitable.

Yay, winter break — the time to catch up on shows because no sane person would go outside in this weather.

Ramen Daisuki Koizumi-san anime has started. They didn't use Kobushi Factory's song for the opening, middle jingle or ending though.
