Don't know how I completely missed this Momoclo v KISS PV when it came out almost a year ago, but this is easily one of the best LOOKING music videos I've ever seen. (there was some talk about it in this thread but as far as I can tell the PV was never linked) Too bad the song itself is only meh (sorry esm).

stam4o posted a link back in January. There was no accompanying text, so I can see how your search missed it. Yeah, it's a gorgeous video, but I like the song, as well.

I was in Japan when KISS played Tokyo Dome with Momoclo, but it was the same night as Berryz' final show at Budōkan, and priorities are priorities. XD One of my co-workers was in Japan at the same time and had me look into getting KISS tickets for him, but in the end he didn't go to the show, either.

^^ lol, why sorry to me? I like that song a lot... but this was like my first time listening to it because I'm not particularly interested in either Momoclo or KISS.

^^ Thought I had read back in the thread that you said you loved that song but it must've been someone else I guess.

Another oldie, which, if someone already posted it, is not showing up in a search.

(This might be a good time to interject that if you're going to post a clip you should say in the body of your post who the artist is and what the title of the song is. Don't just rely on the YT link as a descriptor. I'm sure I've been guilty of this myself in the past.)

Anyways this is Hajimari no Ippo by loop and it came out a bit over a year ago. These girls come off more as some random schoolgirl friends who got recruited to dress up and make a video as opposed to "real" idols. But the song is catchy and the video while cheap is bright and cheery.

I wonder how many songs I enjoy were initially discovered as background music in a TV show or film.

Her music's generally a little bit too bland and soprano XD for my tastes but dang if Kana Nishino isn't the most adorable creature...

Also check her Miyabi-alike backdancer.
