For anyone who cares, about 30 minutes — from 1:21 to 1:51 — of the "Alo-Hello! 5" DVD is an informal Aichan graduation special, complete with presents and member comments.

No. That footage is from Sept 30th, the actual graduation date. The 10gen members were announced at Sept. 29's concert.
