I don't really have a problem with it. It's Japan. Date doesn't always mean something romantic. Friends go on dates.

^ That's what I thought as well but every report I've seen so far has her name listed as Ayumi. Could be one of those unusual name spellings. Guess we'll have to wait til Up Front gives us a hiragana spelling. Until then I'm sticking with Ayumi.
