So I don't know ^^Maybe it is the new single outfit and they want some contrast between 4 nin who will where short short skirts and the other 5.

In 24hr the newbies wore skirts that would be considered short to normal people, but that length paled in comparison to the skirts 4nin S/mileage were wearing.

At any rate, I get the theory.. I just think there are less ugly, matronly ways to go about showing it. ._.
