Maybe, but after all MM was around for less than a year when it added its own 2ki members.

Only took a year for AKB48 to add Team B as well.

Apparently Chihiro and Sasaki spent a year as Up Up Girls trainees before they took the final audition and it was decided they would join the group.

They're going to participate in the greetings portions of the event(s) for the 3rd single releasing in May; no performances.

They'll perform for the first time at an event on July 7th.

^ The single was release on Tuesday. A couple of stores reported their sales to Oricon early due to Golden Week, since it ranked on Orion before pre-release day. This week should be higher.
