on 7/16, the channel PigooHD that airs UP UP Girl's episodes is opening up their own performance theater in Akihabara for their idols to perform, called MAP theater. Up Up Girls will be performing there regularly on Thursdays.

土日はスペシャル公演として、レギュラー公演出演者によるいつもと違った演目や、コラボ公演、次クール以降での出演が期待できるアイドルユニットのお試し公演など、多彩な企画でお送りします。

Hey, Tsunku said on that Terry Itou show that he's been wanting to do a theater for a very long time. He was close to buy the one AKB got after all (For TNX idols) - except for that the rent is apparently crazy high and he backed out, but Akimoto got it anyway.
Even if UPUP aren't Tsunku's mainland I'm sure he's happy with this. I'm excited. (:
