As far as I can tell, the title is a play on the Japanese name for the classic story "Beauty and the Beast" — instead, in this case, it's "Beauty's Beast" and they're the Beast.
Except for the fact that they're miming the mics — which is fine for dance practice but not for a released video, not even a low-budget dance shot for an album track — I like it.

They probably never made choreography for the girls to move their mic hands when not in an actual performance.
Also Amped: That's a promo photo for their 2015 national tour not their 3rd album covers.
