9th gen took from August->December.
10th gen was announced in May... so that makes me think that they might just announce the new members at Aichan's graduation, in Budoukan. And with that, there will be a short winter tour over November-December.
Sounds very possible if you ask me. o.o;

Seems they're promoting this audition quite a lot. o.o Yahoo has various CMs in that place and I've been refreshing and trying to see it but no luck yet. I want a better picture. Wota over at twitter are in all kinds of awesome shock. xD
