It probably is "taboo" but ANGERME members are notorious for ignoring every taboo ever put up.

But she's still under UF, so I don't think it's an actual taboo. It's just that Fujii, being the smart girl she is, probably didn't wanted to risk getting in trouble if they weren't allowed to talk about Manakan.

ANGERME, who are senpais, are more aware on who they can or can't mention by name. And even if they are too hyperactive to understand (Rikako), they probably have manager-san reviewing their blog posts beforehand.
