Announced at today's Hina Fest 2017, Tsubaki Factory Leader Yamagishi Riko will release her 1st photobook. Published by Wanibooks.

Maybe because she's more gravure than them? The photographer is apparently someone who doesn't work for H!P regularly.

I've said this a million times but we have zero reason to assume that everyone even wants to do a photo book. For instance, instead of UF just arbitrarily deciding that Girl X will do a pb, maybe they are like, "anyone who's interested in doing a pb, sign the sheet, then we'll pick from that group," or something along those lines.
