I've said this a million times but we have zero reason to assume that everyone even wants to do a photo book. For instance, instead of UF just arbitrarily deciding that Girl X will do a pb, maybe they are like, "anyone who's interested in doing a pb, sign the sheet, then we'll pick from that group," or something along those lines.

The photographer is apparently someone who hasn't worked for H!P before and shoots gravure regularly.

Going by the CDJapan listing, he did Gaki's ASCENSION and Koharu's Koharu Nikki.
