Every day before taking a bath, Kudo Yume said she does a 9-minute core training routine. When we asked her which videos she watches, we found out that it seems to be Marina Takewaki's videos.

Morning Musume. '23 Fukumura Mizuki is releasing her last photobook on her birthday, October 30th.

Morning Musume is all about youth.

On her 27th birthday, Fukumura Mizuki, the leader and longest-serving member of the 25-year-old idol group Morning Musume, will release her latest and last photo book as Morning Musume. This is her 8th solo photobook.

This work was shot on three major locations, a fitting end to her career as a member of Morning Musume. As she says, "All of my youth was spent in Morning Musume", this work traces the history of Morning Musume member Fukumura Mizuki.

First, we captured the Fukumura Mizuki of "now" in Hawaii, where she has visited many times since her debut for fan club tours and other events, and where her mentor, Tsunku, is currently based. In addition to her swimsuit on the bright blue beach, she is seen relaxing on a hotel terrace, walking around town in casual clothes, eating pancakes at a cafe, and enjoying Hawaii for the first time in five years to the fullest.

The second location was Tokyo, the city where she was born and raised and where she experienced all the joys and frustrations of being Morning Musume. Here, she appeared with her pets, who are her most comforting companions, and had a moment that showed the real Fukumura Mizuki as she has never shown before. In the opposite of this gentle space, the intense dance scene and the Tokyo Tower at night showed her as an adult woman in a pitch-black dress. The pink rider's jacket worn over the dress also has a special meaning.

The last stop was Nakano Sun Plaza, the place where "Morning Musume Fukumura Mizuki" started in Tokyo.
Morning Musume's Fukumura Mizuki was born from the words of Tsunku-san, who had stood on stage many times since her days as a Hello Pro Egg. You must not miss the expression of strong determination and resolve on his face as he looked at the stage from the audience seats just before his last performance at the now-closed Nakano Sun-plaza and wondered what she was thinking about.

Also included is a long interview in which she looks back on the past. This is the compilation of Morning Musume Fukumura Mizuki.
