They're not pushing her just by giving her magazine appearances. Several other Kenshuusei have also been in magazines, and they're not being pushed any more than Rikako is. If it was a solo appearance, maybe, but she's with another girl.
Basically she's not gonna become a "top idol" from having magazine appearances with another Kenshuusei.

^yeah i know that, it was just some pointing out because Rikako is one of my favorite KKS. I hope they will get some Indies Singles next Year too.

at the Haneda Airport today, Morning Musume has been appointed the Olympics official "Nippon! Call Project Ambassadors" (Cheer call team) by the JOC. They will be cheering for the Japanese Olympic Team at the Winter 2014 Sochi Olympics. standing next to them are the Japanese Women's Ice Hockey team.

holy shit im so happy for them. they were interested in doing something like this before.
i know like a few years ago we all had the mindset of "fuck you dentsu", but now thank you dentsu??
Kudou must be so happy. They all look really happy to be supporting the Olympics in one way or another.
Also Sakura needs to keep her hair short or something.
I hope for more decent press coverage and collaborations.
