Masaki is usually the type to just shrug off a scolding (according to Reina, which is why she and Sayu have different approaches to dealing with her). Maybe they broke the news to the group that it's been decided that Sayu will announce her graduation soon? I could see that making her sad, since they're quite close. That's just speculation though lol.

Besides, d you think that Maa-chan would be the only one affected? All the girls adore Sayu, so it would be devastating.

What the hell is wrong with S/mileage? The girls alone by themselves are doing great but there has been a huge lack of compenetration between them as for the last month. I don't know what happenned but it sure is affecting on them.
