I love seeing smart idols

Idk if I'd count say this is "smart" but I definitely agree that I love seeing idols with talents outside of being an idol. It's similar to when Riho got invited to that show for beautiful writing because of her shoji experience.

In addition to showing their talent it gets them on shows and hopefully makes impressions. I'm hoping Ogata gets on a show for figure skating because I'm guessing not many idols can claim that accomplishment.

Not necessarily "smart", but it's a sign of diligence for sure.

A lot of kids in Asian countries take piano lessons (given that their families can afford it). Many of these people quit at a certain point, and unless you've reached a certain level you don't really consider yourself knowing how to play piano, lol. At least that's how it is with me and several people I know, and one of my professors said it's also like that in Korea.

So when a teenager is pretty good at something like piano, I know they're diligent about practicing consistently while growing up. It takes years to develop the skills, so it's beyond just being "talented" alone, at least to me.

She's "smart" because she's acquired knowledge the common man really shyt away from or refuses to learn . That's smart to me

Wow, Nonaka is pretty amazing. Normally when idols say they can play the piano it's ManoPiano level lol, but this is pretty great. I am also glad to see Momousses on Shiwake! We would've killed for this kind of exposure during prachina era lol.

from TBS radio drama series, an adaptation of the smartphone novel winner "Week End Survivor ~Purge game~", starring the new Kenshuusei unit minus Fujii Rio and Wada Sakurako (Hirose, Hamaura, Inoue, Taguchi, Ogawa Rena, Nomura) and Sudo Maasa. Just like the stage play adaptation, they will be acting in the radio drama. It is the same story of friends who are trapped in a basement. They find an app called survivor, play the game to stay alive.

Nomura (Mina) - Overseas Japanese student returning to Japan, Japanese speaking is weakened.
Inoue (Arisa) - a daughter with lots of pride (first victim)

Excerpt on Ogata.
- She lived in Osaka country side. Both of her parents came from Miyaki, probably why they like to live in a country side.
- Her dad is a normal salaryman and has to commute about 2 hours for work.
- Her mom is around 50 year of ages.
- Her mom drove her for an hour to a skate rink for practice almost everyday from when she is 5 year old to 14 year old.
- She practiced in the same ice skate rink as Takahashi Daisuke (First Olympic medal (Bronze) for Japanese men), and in the same group as Miyahara Satoko (raising star among Japanese female skater at the moment)
- She grades her skating level as mid-high among her skating colleagues (which is probably why she quite, at this age with this level, it will be hard for her to compete as pro skater. Japanese has so many talented young skater, second only to Russia, and figure skating cost $$$$$)
- She applied to Morning Musume audition by herself.
- When she was 7, she wrote her name with a crayon inside her dad just newly bought car. (On the other hand, on the day that Sayashi moved in to her current house in Hiroshima that her parents just bought when she was 2, she draw an onigiri on the wall with a permanent pen. lol)
