Well, Chisato mentions in Hello! Sute that the costumes were yes made for quick changing. You can also tell that they had more than one outfit on at the same time (as in layers) but still Chisato says they had like 4 secs to change for the first one (yes, the trick costume) and then about 1 min or so. There's also the big change which took awhile because they changed all their clothes. I think it was pretty difficult seeing as they had about 3 mins to go through 4 outfits where 3 weren't trick outfits.
It definitely takes me more time just to put on one outfit and I don't wear heels likethey were.
