So Masaki will be on leave until the end of February.
UF says they feel responsible for not having given her time enough to focus on training in 2015.
Mid-February they will consult with the doctor again and see how/if she can start activities in March again.

Maachan apologizes but assures us that she has no problems in her daily life so we shouldn't worry about that.
So as long as the doctor gives an OK she will ask to start working again, even if not dancing/performing but just minor activities.
She says she'll do her best with training and for us to let her rest and then wait for her to come back as she definitely will.

Poor Maachan. I hope she has a speedy recovery and she doesn't push herself too hard once she gets the OK to return.

I hate it I hate it I hate it. She has some of the fiercest/adult expressions in the group when performing and she's such a technical singer. I really pray she recovers enough to not become Aika v2, I'm not ready to stop watching her hit her fullest potential and I know it'd tear her apart to be taken away from her family. As much as I want to relax and believe it when they say she's doing okay and she'll be back, I'm so paranoid.

At least they are letting her blog. Usually staff doesn't let them blog when something like this happens and members listen. Maachan doesn't even blog much. Staff can't control Maachan.

Maybe it's because they feel responsible for the outcome. In the same sense they are letting Aika stick around within the company. They want to continue but their bodies are saying no and no matter what they do to fix the problem it's not getting any better. A company like UF respects that more than someone who doesn't give a crap and doesn't fix their problem but only makes it worse.

They clearly say that they want her to rest more because they did not let her do that last year, which led to not enough time for her muscle training and physical therapy. So yes, they feel responsible for it, and they probably do not want Aika or Inaba Manama cases to happen again. Plus, they cannot afford to lose a top member like Maachan.
