Because they're a general audience there for the event as a whole, not MM fans there only for MM's set. Most of them probably don't even know MM.

Today it is announced that Kobushi Factory, Up Up Girls, Ciao Bella Cinquetti, and Kikkawa You are invited to perform at one of the biggest 3 day music festivals of the year, "Sports of Heart Music Festival 2016" on 10/14~10/16 at Yoyogi National Stadium First Gymnasium. Anisong, Voice Actors, Idol, JPOP, KPOP, national and international artists are gathered to perform.
