Kobushi's vocals don't seem very suited to stage musical/show tune stylings. That song between Rei and Ayano was a bit awkward.

Masaki is participating in rehearsals for MM。'17's spring tour and will be able to return to the stage on 3/18! She may still have to sit out some concerts or songs, but the muscle training seems to be working so far even if the hernia hasn't completely gone.

I'm pleasantly surprised by this. I was fearing the worst, but everything seems to be pointing to signs of a full recovery? I'm glad they were able to avoid her having to have surgery or graduate.

A full recovery? Not eactly. A herniated disc never really goes away, it merely becomes asymptomatic. Even if she can return to work, she'll have to be careful for the rest of her life.

True, there's still a chance she could re-injure herself. And the announcement says that Masaki's family and UF staff wanted her to wait a bit longer before performing again, but Masaki herself didn't. But she's been doing the proper training and is taking it slowly at the moment, and the announcement also said that she'd sit out any songs/concerts if she needed to and they won't be taking any risks.

I trust UF at the moment. I just hope Masaki doesn't overwork herself. But I think she knows that she needs to be careful. At least, I hope she does.

It's worth noting that Chiba Makuhari Messe Hall is significantly larger than Pacifico Yokohama. If they expect to fill it, even with an extended stage like that, then H!P is back in a big way.
