Has there been any actual news saying Ongaku Gatas will be breaking up? The announcements and messages I'm familiar with only say they'll be graduating from the Hello! Project en masse, not necessarily splitting up. I didn't see any news about Gatas Brilhantes H.P. changing, either. Although I guess they might have to change the name as most of the members won't be H.P. anymore.

I don't see Ongaku Gatas going on, it would be the only group with H!P members and ex H!P members since the 3 eggs are not graduating. But if it continues it will just be the supporting act for Gatas Brilhantes with or without the H.P, no more major singles and concert tours. Just performances at official Gatas events and games. I don't see why things should change for the team (apart from the name), there were already non members part of the team. They can still be the Up Front company futsal team.

Melon Kinenbi will be interesting, I can see them performing more and more. And with the Melon Greeting I can still see MKB and H!P acts performing together.

Yay Melons! I really hope they do switch label though, I think they're better off somewhere else.

The announcements all say "Ongaku Gatas is graduating". They don't differentiate between eggs and non-eggs. And I don't see a reason why they wouldn't have singles or tours, either. They're still in the "Tsunku Family", so they can be produced, and they're still with UFA, so they can be marketed and released.

Actually, when the news first thenews sites on the internet they talk about 25 people graduating, later all of them changed that to 22. So Nocchi, Sengoku and Sawachan are not included in the graduation. But the whole group feels just a bit to H!P to me, that's why don't see them continuing like they are now. The problem is that unless they make an announcement earlier we will see what happens late next year. They are a winter group, so they can still do 2 singles and an album before the big graduation and then go into hibernation again for the summer. The question then is, will they wake up?

Not to mention they're having a winter tour.

I want another Ongaku Gatas album, I loved their first one.
