He's been credited as 'Sound Director' for pretty much every H!P concert DVD/Blu-ray since forever.

The thing is, I have a distinct memory of him MC-ing at least a portion of an early (think 2002-2003 era) Hello! Project concert
Or perhaps the 2006 Winter one that was made FC only due to "technical difficulties".
I can't quite locate the segment though.
