Maybe a short description could help people get interested? I think I wouldn't watch Tsunku unless he's interacting with the girls

It's Tsunku and Aki-P, head to head (almost literally, given how small the table is), discussing their respective operations. Compare and contrast and whatnot.

I'm sure it's interesting, but most of us don't understand Japanese well enough to follow the conversation... and unfortunately because the aspect ratio's out of whack in that video, it's not even that great of eye-candy.
We'd all happily welcome a synopsis from someone, though!
