in addition to the 5 new Ohagirls announced, It was also announced that Tsunku produced the new opening theme song called "OHA! Densetsu" to celebrate Ohasuta's 20th Anniversary. Legendary Ohasuta host Yama-chan sings the song.

Tsunku has been offered the job of conductor for NHK's Kouhaku Utagassen. Their primary conductor passed away earlier this year (at age 79) and they're looking for someone to take over. Apparently Kouhaku's chief producer is currently in talks with Tsunku about the deal.
