Fujimoto Miki's car hit a motorcyclist in Tokyo this morning. She had a passenger. She immediately apologized on her blog. The man who was driving the bike suffered minor injuries with a left ankle bruise, and Fujimoto had no injuries.

本日、一部報道にありました通り、私の不注意により、車を運転中にバイクとの接触事故を起こしてしまいました。

　バイクに乗車されていた男性にお怪我をさせてしまった事、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

　日頃から、交通ルールを守り気をつけて運転しているつもりではおりましたが、事故を起こしてしまったことに対し深く反省をしております。
今後は尚一層安全運転に気をつけてまいります。

　また、お仕事関係の皆様方にもご迷惑ご心配お掛けしました事、深くお詫び致します。

Honestly, I think the best use for "Kiwi Musume" would be to have them go along with other groups when the go overseas to be translators at handshake events and/or Q&A sessions.
