Does "upgraded" for Rinapuu mean she's more conservative (does less work), or less conservative (actually does more work)?

I think Tanaka Reina, Michishige Sayumi, Kamei Eri, Ogawa Makoto, Kusumi Koharu, and Mistui Aika are the only hold outs from Gens 1-8 (and Makoto has a rocker boyfriend).
