And for the new girls they haven't at all performed at the Budokan without a graduation.

Now they can enjoy it without the tears and it will feel like a celebration for all of them and their success rather than a celebration of the member who graduated.

In full she said something along the lines of "These past few years/Recently we haven't been able to go to Budokan without having a graduation and so to be able to experience Budokan as our final day on our concert tour we want to express our gratitude and excitement."

She didn't use a single word that could even be translated as "first".

MM can still be at Kouhaku and participate in both H!P lives. The concerts will probably be 2 hours or so as they usually are.
first show: 16:30 - 18:30
Kouhaku runs 19:15 - 23:45
Morning Musume could appear 20:00 or something.
They would HAVE TO be off at 21:00 since 8/10 members can't work then. The young ones are done and will go back home or just stick around backstage, Sayumi and Haruna will have about 2 hours to get back to Nakano Sunplaza before the next concert at 23:00 - 01:00.

Totally doable. Stressful? Yes. But perfectly doable.
