We've seen the majority of the first and second gen already that are actively still H!P (Kaori, Nacchi, Kei-chan) with the exception of Yaguchi (who will almost most definitely appear) and Yuuko (who has a valid excuse not to, but I expect she will).
Gocchi probably won't nor will Kago. I didn't realize Tsuji was preggo again but I wouldn't be surprised for her to show up just to say hello.
Ai-chan has done two shows, Makoto's done it, Risa will most definitely show up, and I wouldn't rule Konkon completely out; she did do Ai-chan's graduation afterall.
Mikitty is possible, Eri's out unless she unretires for one night.
Koharu is also possible/likely.
Aika is host, and JunLin are unlikely.

The real question are the non-MM. girls (other than Satoda).

I never managed to build up tolerance to stomach the Momochi character if played straight but Momochi getting picked on mercilessly, both by her kouhais and Reina, is definitely an entertaining watch

Maachan's laugh never fails to bring a smile to my face ... Haven't heard any more news about her but I hope she's resting well and gets better soon
